There's more than enough money to send a Land Rover to Mars and maintain it; than fixing economic problems at home or issues like Covid-19. The project was funded by people's tax deductions, but there aren't enough COVID vaccines which also come from people's taxes.

Many of these photo's of the Mars surface from these different rovers makes the soil appear as though it's wet. Now I'm pretty sure that's not the case but can someone please explain why it appears that way? Cuz earth soil or sand only looks that way when it's wet.

Search many of the different photos that's been put out there & you'll see what I mean, especially in some of the darker colored soil. It appears damp, as though it's been recently saturated with a liquid.

Notice all space related work is so they can conduct science up there, but they never really tell us about the science and data in detail. You get pictures and video you can't verify and statements about how they are conducting science and collecting data.
