No, you cannot tell me pre-timeskip heavy point is better than post-timeskip heavy point. That's just not true. I loved how chopper looked more human as heavy point, there's just something cool about it. And it fits the backstory, he was somewhat human but not exactly and I think that's really interesting. Pre-timeskip heavy point had a great design.

Oda completely forgot about jump point and arm point post timeskip
(he also used horn point, heavy point, Walk Point and Guard Point once)
Basically chopper only uses kong fu point brain point and rarely worse version of monster point

After the timeskip, his deer form grew into an adult. He was bigger than usopp. It was amazing!

Chopper and Robin are both victims of the post time skip nerf. Robin use to be a huge threat when they first met her as Miss All Sunday, and Chopper’s monster point was insanely more powerful in the CP9 arc than it is now. You can say it’s because their enemies also grew stronger over time but still.

I like his new horn point. It gave him more of an anthropomorphic teenage deer look. As in it showed some growth as a character age wise. I kinda wish Heavy Point had the same kinda look. Plus his monster point really lost its touch

Fun Fact: A lot of people think Chopper Monster Point is bigger than the Colossal Titan from Attack On Titan, Chopper is about 4 times the size of Kuma which makes him 27.6 meters or 90.4 Feet, the Colossal Titan is 60 meters or 196.9 Feet, which is about as big as Oars, so Chopper isn't even half the size of the Colossal Titan. (THIS HEIGHT IS NOT CANON, but if you do the math you will get this height).

I personally like horn point more post time skip. While the action moments for horn point where more interesting I feel like post horn point is more about smarts then power (he has other forms for power anyways). That moment he used Horn point in fishman island and did a combination attack with Ussop was great to see. Goes to show how much they learned from their battle in Alabasta.
