I am 100 % sure that Maharashtra government will never release those 11 prisoners not becoz i am Maharashtraian but becoz of record hold by Maharashtra government

In my town such type of incident happened but the guilty person was given a dead sentence in Maharashtra even though he was saying that he can give 11 cr for his bail .
