somatic exercises nurture your brain health 👇🏼

feeling foggy? it's not just in your head 🥹

long-term stress & trauma chemically change the way your brain works, which leads to difficulty with memory, difficulty planning, mental overload, and brain fog 😮‍💨

neurogensis and neuroplasticity might sound complex, but they're your brain's ability to form new neurons & pathways ✨

and both are essential for your brain health, especially if you've lived with long-term stress or have experienced trauma 🥹

you might be struggling with:
✨ memory lapses
✨ difficulty concentrating
✨ overwhelm with simple tasks
✨ chronic stress or anxiety
✨ mood swings
✨ mental exhaustion

the good news is that somatic exercises can stimulate neurogenisis and enhance neuroplasticity, helping your brain to rewire and heal 💖

somatic exercises release years of pent-up stress & stored trauma out of your body while bringing your nervous system back into balance

as you release you'll notice clearer thinking, improved memory, and a calmer mind — the benefits of a brain nurtured by somatic practices 💪🏼

you'll find yourself navigating challenges with ease and reconnecting with the joy of learning new things ✨

your mental clarity will soar and decision-making will feel easy again 🙌🏼

somatic exercises could are key step in unlocking a brighter, more healthy brain 💖

ready to support your brain's health and embrace a new sense of mental freedom?

get guided through the step by step 👇🏼

Well just saw 333pm then 333 likes as I lay in the bed doing slow water movements because my cortisol levels have drained me into fatigue I can’t fight. I surrender, play soothing music and use the somatic relaxing movements to bypass the frustration of excessive exhaustion. Peace and love @workoutwitch
My battle is tough since I have sickle cell anemia and bone necrosis but I’m grateful I crossed your path and many others will be inspired by our existence ❤🌒🌕🌘

I exercised in bed most of my life but always had people making me feel bad about it or making me believe it has 0 effect. Yet I was always toned AF. ppl didn't believe I didn't "work out", & I was always happy and at peace. Never bored or externally seeking something. Once I stopped I became in my head and depressed & in pain from all my deep trauma etc

I’ve been doing this in bed for years (not exactly sure if it’s the “right” way of doing it) and that’s honestly why I think I didn’t age a day since my teens. I’m in my 30’s and every single person thinks I’m like 16 😂 I hate the “compliment” but at the same time it makes me realize all the physical effort I’ve put into solving my trauma. I don’t look like what I’ve been through
