Remove Image | Figure from List of Figures or Table for Figures in MS Word 2007 and above

Very helpful video, I didn't have just one image, I had all of my images coming up on list of figures! 😳 I was doing shift enter... typing in FB messenger has me ruined!🙃 I thought it looked neater as text was directly under the photo, but then putting in list of figures is a mess. Something MS could update... maybe put box for with or without image...and not base it on the formatting.
