Actually, your muscles would be strong enough to just jump out. He was right about the strength, just forgot that you could literally jump out because your muscles scale down 10x because they are parallel and your body would scale down 100x because your are a 3D object, therefore you would get strong enough to jump. Learned this from Veritasium, great info from him.

1. If your density remains, that means that your weight will remain the same proportionally to your new size which means that you won't get to stop the blender unless you could stop one in your real size that's twice as big as you.
2. Even if your weight remains, that still won't mean that you could stop the blender cause depending on the blender's model, it still might be stronger than you.
3.even if you manage to stop the blender, it might break since you're putting all that force in one small point which means that the next blade will come crashing at you and will probably kill you due to its speed.
4. Try putting your finger in a blender. Not a good idea, right? The same goes for being small. You'll still be cut even if you stop the blender.
5. Even if you manage to stop the blender without you being cut or it being broken, eventually, you'll get tired and have to let go which means death for you.
6. There doesn't have to be a perfect solution. Anything that doesn't kill you works. Ducking under the blender or staying on its sides where blades can't reach you are good enough but I'll say that if your weight remains then you should jump out or break the blender that way, you don't have to wait for it to stop.

The real answer is to ask follow-up questions. The interviewer is looking to understand your thinking process, rather than see a solution.
