10 States that are Going Downhill in 2024 & 2025.
In 2023, these are the states you should probably avoid moving to. Don't take a job, don't buy real estate, try and avoid these places.
this video is my opinion/ prediction for 2023.
Real estate and the cost of living will continue to change at an accelerated pace in these states for the next few years. Combine those with crime and poverty, and you will see why some US states make this list.

Do you need a local Realtor for the area you want to move to?

When you hope your state is on a "worst" list, so that people stop moving there and housing prices go back to being reasonable.

What does this have to do with the fact that Al Bundy scored four touchdowns in a single game?

What you didn't bring up is about all the condos in Florida that they haven't done maintenance on them and now they want $100, 000 from every tenant people can't afford it and moving out

Virginia. It’s not north, it’s not south…. But it has so much natural beauty, history and diversity.

The line: "Be nice to each other!" is a touch of genius imo. The info is great of course, but that particular line practically makes my day every time I hear it😂

$581, 000 for a home in Miami? You wouldn't want to live there. $900, 000 is a bare minimum to live in a half-decent single family home. And be prepared to pay $12, 000 for windstorm insurance, another $1500+ for flood insurance, and don't even think about the property tax if you are moving in from out of state. Miami, where livin' is easy.

As a truck driver who travels all over the US....most underrated state has got to be Kentucky. It's absolutely beautiful. With some of the fastest growing towns in the country. Like Bowling Green.

I left California in 2017. I retired to Thailand 🇹🇭. My sister retired this year and the first thing she did was move from CA to Nevada.

From Tennessee here, and I think New Hampshire AND South Dakota are very underrated.

I live in Sacramento CA and I have lived all over the US. The fresh food here is unbeatable for variety and high quality. Sacramento has two rivers which add a lot to what to do outdoors on a weekend. Yes lots of people have moved here from San Francisco making the housing prices and rents go up. And of all the states I’ve lived in, California is the most beautiful. Still I really like your videos and always learn something. Plus I like your commentary so much! And your voice is perfect for what you say.

Can you blame those people in Eastern Oregon for wanting to split from the rest of the state?

Most underrated state to visit I’d pick Virginia. Nice beach areas, beautiful Shenandoah Valley also for wineries, and numerous historic sites associated with Revolutionary and Civil War.

New Mexico would get my vote. It’s got amazing history, opportunity to camp, fish and hike, it’s got arts and culture and wide open spaces. I would recommend it to everyone. It’s really stunning.

Florida was to be under water years ago according to what we were told in the 70’s

I know this guys hates Florida but, its really not that bad. Tampa where i live is Booming, so many new opportunities and events, it’s getting better with the expansion of the city. Miami may be going down but Tampa Bay is exploding with growth. Also Florida is massive it’s more than just Miami. The whole state is experiencing a rebirth and I doubt it’s going away anytime soon lol
