Okay ctrl r doesnt seem to work on dell 715 :/ cant acess raid setup ... checked all menus it isnt there...

hello, I have a hard drive with Windows installed, I followed as shown in the video with my 6 other hard drives, but when booting, the system does not see my hard drive with Windows

I have the same problem on R710. the hard drives don't even show green light.

I am not getting the CTRL-R prompt at all on my R610, and all the connections are tight on the RAID controller itself. Any ideas?
