I worked in Shanghai. I can confirm in office buildings on literally every floor the cubicles are always locked with a guy inside smoking a cigarette and playing silly anime games on his phone.. even despite signs all over the bathroom saying no smoking

Once I was on a Bulgarian bus and like every 30 minutes or less than that there was always a smoke break, then one of the passengers had us stopped at the border for over an hour because he had MORE cigarettes than what was allowed through a border IN THE BALKANS. Then that was followed by a 30-minute smoke break. I dont know how China can comptete.

As a Nepali, I can appericaite about the Squatting toilet, as our ancestors had evolved with excreting in Squat Position. So, are we. Thus, squat position of excretion will cure all the stomach related problems arise due to improper position during excretion. As, this position apply extra pressure in the lower abdominal area during excretion.

I went to Zhangjiajie this year and oh my as much as I love the view, I hate that so many ppl smoking and pushing. But from what I see mostly it was middle aged ppl tho.

Honestly squat toilets seem like not only more healthy but more hygienic option in public restrooms. I don't want to sit after the butt naked and genitals of thousands of strangers I rather squat.

Probably because I haven’t stayed in China long enough, but my trip to Beijing, Shanghai, 2 provinces that I don’t know its English names, Guangdong, and Zhangjiajie, I didn’t think smoking cigarettes was popular

" Balkaners cant compete" try us, 2 years ago during a 9th grade school trip all of the dorms were FILLED with smoke and we did the math, my class aline spent over 120$ on cigarettes in 3 days( a pack is about 2.50). Oh people smoke in hospitals too
