I love jackfruit tacos. I boiled it first then I pan fry it. This gives it a better texture. Plus I add a little liquid smoke, so it gets a good flavor. Love ya from Vegan Vanessa

I will be making these tonight! Yesterday I made Beyond Sausage that Tab made for Sunday Dinner with some Spinach and mixed veggies. It was A-Mazing. I just set out my Jackfruit for making Tacos. We need to blow out the ratings at the new Time Slot that Food Network has put you at. They really don't know how much we love and support you just as you are. Today is 489 days Plant Based. Tab I watched you through the entire Pandemic and I cook like you so I didn't need any measurements. Still enjoying my food. I'm 37lbs down and I feel amazing. I Love jackfruit, it does take on any flavor, I use mine sometimes to make a smoked jackfruit for my Black eyed peas and corn bread
