Vegan Twix Bar WITH A TWIST (my favorite snack)

This might be my favorite recipe yet (not including my blueberry rolls)
Here’s the recipe:

First layer:
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup of almond flour, 2 tbsp monk fruit (or any sweetener), 3 tbsp coconut/avocado oil, and 1/4 cup of almond milk, to form dough.
- Transfer the dough to a pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Second layer:
- In a separate bowl, add 3 tbsp of pumpkin puree, 1.5 tbsp of peanut butter, 1/3 cup coconut/avocado oil, and a few drops of vanilla extract and pumpkin spice (optional.)
- Transfer pumpkin mixture to the dough.

Third layer:
- In a separate bowl, mix 1/3 cup of cacao powder, 1/3 cup coconut/avocado oil, and 1 tbsp of monk fruit (any sweetener.)
- spread over the pumpkin layer.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
- Slice the vegan Twix bar into small rectangular pieces and enjoy!
