I'm an ESTJ and I struggle with this lmao.
I'll be watching a show or something and I'll see someone doing someone inefficiently, and I can't focus on the plot anymore, because I'm focused on being annoyed that they took such a long roundabout way to complete a task that could have been solved much quicker and with easier steps.
One example I can think of, was I was watching this video from Talking With Famous People where he was typing this woman who ended up being an ESFP, the thing that still stands out to me about that video was how she said she takes her trash out, she said she
- takes a trash bag and opens it
- pours the trash from the bin into the bag
- takes out the trash
That is a bad idea because what if you spill trash transferring it from the bin to the bag? What if there's more trash in the bin than can fit in the bag?
Here's what the proper and more efficient steps should have been:
-Put a trash bag IN the bin before you even start putting trash in it
- Take the trash bag out when it's full
- Take out the trash
No mess, no risk.

So true. Hahaha. I told this to someone today. I couldn't understand why she was doing things in an inefficient way. It doesn't make sense. It's illogical to argue against it being inefficient. It looks stupid to keep doing it that way.

Love you, ESTJ & ENTJ, you are our leaders in matters of efficiency ❤ I hope you have good & healthy Fi values and identity, cus some of you have more Fe than Fi, that makes you fake & lacking integrity. ENTJ and ESTJ with good Fi are really amazing leaders cause you're following your conscience (Fi) and it will definitely feel more fulfilling internally compared to when you overuse Te & Fe.

Seems like more of a TeSe or TeSi thing. Im TeNe and Im most prominently fleshing out my own frameworks. If someone else is doing something wrong Ive learned to ignore it, I mostly notice them in my own life and optimize my behavior
