If we use an “owl” on the install is it best to do the install at night?

At 2:10 you installed that tab backwards. The threaded side should be on the inside, so when I install the screw, you make it tighten the whole sandwich together and it holds tighter.

Mine have gaps along the seal as well. How are they so flush in the video?

I purchased the same style for my Tahoe. Having issues with the rear short pieces that go on the back side of the rear doors. They want to keep coming up with a gap on the top along the trim and not lay flush on the door. Any suggestions or advice? Thank you!

What size are the factory screws? Mine were missing and I did not notice until it was too late when I bought it. I know it's 8mm to take it off, but what size are the actual screws. So I can purchase new ones. I have a 2021 Ram Rebel if that matters
