A.N.T.T (Aseptic Non Touch Technique) is one of the skills performed at OSCE for Registered Nurses from overseas. They are required to pass the OSCE before they can practice in the U.K as trained nurses.

Hi po. Pag po ba while tipping the normal solution sa basin at nabasa yung papel, yung cover ng pack, consider as unsterile na yun? Nag osce po kasi ako alam ko nagawa ko lahat. Pero naalala ko po bigla na while tipping the normal solution nabasa ko yung papel or wound pack cover. 😐

Wow...a lot of things are not right in this procedure,
You are supposed to be bare below the elbow so you don't contaminate anything with your sleeves. Your candidate should have rolled up his sleeves.

And the technique of removing the apron is so wrong.. you are supposed to tear it off from the neck and waist and gently roll it from inside. If the apron had any fluid on it, he would have easily contaminated himself again.

For those who have done their OSCE, there is always a dressing on the wound, you are asked to change the dressing, which means there is a dressing on that wound already, because you will be scored for how you remove the old dressing too. To be honest, this video is quite misleading.
