I love how one of their selling points is less sugar and fewer calories than gatorade... in a sports recovery drink. Anyone who has ever worked themselves to physical exhaustion knows how amazing it feels to slam an ice cold drink that delivers fast, sugary calories.

Prime hydration is dangerous, it has zero sodium which is required in a ‘hydration’ drink and I believe it also has about 700mg of potassium, that’s a pretty dangerous dose especially for a 12 year old.
