I listen to these videos often. For me they are very informative. You always give examples of how the authors of the new testament were actual eyewitnesses to the events based on the way the authors wrote the text. I wanted to share one of my own.

Moses was highly educated by the Egyptians. He would have had access to a hub of one of the key centers of all of human information at that time in history in the libraries of Alexandria.

Back then, Egypt still used magicians as healers. They had bizarre practices like wrapping wounds in animal dung for a week or two. They might have been experts with math, geometry, and astronomy but medically they were ignorant hacks. So Moses comes out of that environment and he implements all of these cleansing rituals in his writings as he opens the first 5 books of the old testament. Why? This is the exact opposite of what he was taught his entire life. He really was writing by inspiration of the holy Spirit. It's the only thing that makes sense...

This is fascinating ! I love his philosophy on how to approach the evidence on the resurrection ! Incredibly cool 🙏🏼

That's going to be something I need to check for when in conversations. See if they're willing to suspend the presupposition that the supernatural doesn't exist.
