When I checked, there was no underscore in front of the 001600 folder. Anyway to still downgrade?

You can also just do it in System Settings. Go to Data Management, Nintendo 3DS, Downloadable Content, and it's right in there.

Well i don't know if is because i'm using 11.0 and is the original sysnand(i never installed emunand) but the folders inside the Nintendo 3DS folder are:

The "(V)" indicates that everything listed under is in that folder

I have a old 3ds ver.11.0.0.33U is their anyway beside using game cartridges for exploits to use homebrew?
