Thanks for sharing. I've got a very similar Dayton D/Press at work, main problem is the chuck KEY is missing. Do u know where to find the Right key? I've tried over a dozen I think, but None fit Right. A few are close, but still Not right. Any help much appreciated. Thanks. - take care

Anyone know the "model" for the drill chuck/arbor ? I'm looking on amazon and see a mt2/mt3 to 3/4 weldon adapters to use annular cutters, which fit?

How did you get the table down onto the pole? Mine is way to tight. I got it on to right before it engages the gear but it won't drop that extra inch or two. The tightening screw isn't even in the hole, so it's not that. I was about to try opening it up with a crow bar but came to You Tube hoping I'm missing something. And saying the instructions are very clear.... let's just say that a stretch. Yours seems to be the only video about assembling this thing. I might call tech support or start cranking on it with a crow bar. it only seems to need to open maybe 1/8" more.

This is also the exact drill press from Ryobi. The only difference is the Harbor Freight Bauer is Red in color. I have the Ryobi one it is a nice machine, but the laser feature is poor quality, I am replacing my Laser Lights due to premature failure.
