Jack & Sally SURPRISE PROPOSAL!!! 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' Music Alley Performance

Hello! My name is Andrea. I usually don’t post personal stuff here, but I couldn’t resist! One year ago, on October 23, 2016... my boyfriend had insisted on us performing together, for my annual school function; “Halloween Open House” at Music Alley School of Music. My students perform song & dance to Halloween songs, and sometimes I’ll join in.

This time, the boyfriend wanted in on the action. Because I’m really busy this time of year, we rehearsed the night before, for only one hour. That week we rushed and got him a Jack costume. I already had a Sally Costume that I made in high school. We planned for me to sing “Sally’s Song” and then end with “Jack and Sally’s Song.” We practiced a lift at the end, with a spin around... So sweet! I truly hope this turned out better than my brother-in-law’s brother’s first marriage. He proposed to his high school sweetheart on Halloween dressed as Jack and Sally, and while I can’t say all the details of what happened to their marriage as I don’t know every detail of it, but from what my sister told me is that she was a heavy set girl, and lost at lot of weight for the wedding, and ended up getting “attention” for it, so yeah, that’s about all I can say about that.
