It's funny how music tastes can change with age. I remember i listening this set back in 2015 when i was 18 years old, and i remember that i almost fall asleep while listening this. To me this was so boring. And now in 2023 i listening this set again when i 26 years old and i think that this set is a masterpiece. This is so damn good right now.

The godfather of techno. A 3 hour master class. And what a nod to Maceoplex.... dropping that remake of Laurent’s own track. That’s respect right there. Imagine Laurent’s high standards. Nice nice nice. After all these years still come back to this set. 🔥🔥🔥

Watching this man DJ is fantastic. He creates an energy, warmth and a groove in a room unrivalled by other DJ's.He's the only one i know who has this amazing art to simply pull a new tune out of another one. Most other DJ's just beat match, but he can pull random sounds, noises and other elements out of tunes he's dropping. His shit goes way beyond simply beat mixing. Its an art to know when a sub base, symbols, strings and percussion are going to kick in. Not many can pull that off like this man. Sublime mixing and tune selection as always. The Jimi Hendrix of DJ'ing, the passion flows through him unlike a lot of the boring twats currently on the scene staring at their laptops!! Also love that he spans house, techno, tech house, garage and other music genres, he keeps his sets alive and interesting!
