Jazz is one of the reasons I love this show. Especially back then, it was common for older sisters in shows like this to be mean to their younger brothers, but she’s always looking out for Danny since episode one.

Jazz has been one of my favorites characters since episode 1. She really is a good sister to Danny. Sure they may not always see eye-to-eye, but their bond as siblings is genuine and true. And after this moment, it just made their relationship stronger

Now I might be wrong, but I would say borderline mother-son from my perspective they were always close like that.
From personal experience I looked after my younger brother like he was my own hell I still do even in our mid 20s
