Correction for 3:00-3:05: There are also unicellular eukaryotes. The key distinction between eukaryotes and prokaryotes is that eukaryotic cells possess a nucleus and membrane-bound organelles.

Good work! But there’s a little mistake, no? Eukaryote are unicellular or multicellular. The difference between the two is the presence or not of a nucleus!
