D15B 3 Stage VTEC Acceleration After Year

Another Winter, as same as last time, tyres are poor and thin (it's winter dude) so the start this time is really fu**ed up.

The temperature outside was about minus 15 degree centigrade , so my tyres was twisting at the start even under 1,5k rpm.

Have you touched your ECU yet? My main wonder is if you've found what RPM's your VTEC stages kick in ( obviously stage 3 is ~6, 250 ), and changed them around to find the best powerband?

Ok my girls friend at work is selling a 1999 or 2000 civic w stage 3 but it's an automatic is it worth the $1200 cash he's asking for it? runs and drives fine has a good title needs tires just don't wanna spend hard earned money if it's nothing special, there's civics all day on craigslist does an automatic mean it's shit? there is P1J ECU with b18 gsr map (1st vtec- IAB slot, 2nd VTEC-VTEC slot ;) ). Of course re-tuned by CROME

What transmission are you running in this? I've got a single stage vtec D15b, having to run a y8 transmission though. Are these the stock ratios on a stock jdm d15b transmission?

Lol The D Series can really handle abuse. These motors are no joke lol. Love the D15B bro. Sounds really healthy. Did you get any new mods for chirstmas for her? :)
