Family members of Lewiston shooting victims deliver emotional statements

Cynthia Young, the wife of a shooting victim and mother of another, and Liz Seal, the widow of a third victim, spoke on behalf of the 100 survivors and family members of victims who intend to sue the U.S. Army, Department of Defense and Keller Army Community Hospital for negligence.
