The Shazam! 2 Plot Makes NO SENSE

We must have fallen asleep during Shazam! 2: Fury of the Gods because we just can't seem to square this circle. Ya'll have thoughts on this one?

Wasn't the staff's initial purpose to open the door to the rock of eternity which acts as the center to our worlds. To get the golden apple they had to first find an entrance into the rock of eternity e.i the staff. why didn't the daughters of atlas just use the staff to bring back their people while wonder woman could? Because the power of the staff is based on the power of Shazam whose magic source is Zeus lightning which wonder woman has due to being his daughter.

Actually you did miss it. The wizard said it needed the touch of a God to bring the power back. Shazaam used all the staffs power to defeat Kelypso. When Kelypso was defeated, her sister died and was pretty kuch erased and Annethea was no longer a God. And the only God-like person around and alive was Wonder Woman.

The wanted revenge on the human realm, instead of healing the God realm. Which is why the fight with the little sister.

The fucking Atlas Garden guarded by the dragon the three sisters controlled is apparently where the golden apples grow.. like it said “apples” but only the black one in the plot point library works as a seed for a world tree?
