After struggling with weight loss for years, Adam knew he had to make a change. He decided to make exercise a priority and a part of his daily routine. He began lifting weights and attending fitness classes and found support, encouragement and motivation within the Y community. Emphasizing the need for consistency and a supportive environment to live a healthy lifestyle, Adam shares that he’s now in the best shape of his life, and he’s cultivated meaningful relationships with other members. He considers the Y his second home and that he feels like he belongs.
