A documentary series that explores mural painting and urban art as imaginaries that struggle in the current construction of the identity of eight Latin American countries. Discover the influences, codes and themes that this form of expression presents in the relationship between the city and its inhabitants. Through diverse landscapes and cultures, leading exponents and theorists, the series portrays the current conflicts of these communities based on what their walls tell us.

See an overview of the various manifestations of street painting: the pixacao in Sao Paulo, the xarpi in Rio de Janeiro, the trepes in Tijuana, the chapeteo in Guayaquil, are some of the Latin American ways of marking the city and evidence the use, abandonment and dispute of the territories.
