Episode 56: It’s the last of Easter week here at “Cooking in the County” today I will show you how to make a ridiculously delicious lemon lovers trifle.

1 Lemon Lovers Pound cake
12.7 ounce box of dream whip
3 cups a very cold whole milk
2 3.4 ounce boxes of instant lemon pudding
16 ounces of frozen whipped topping

Lemon Lovers Pound Cake
3 cups all purpose flour
1 3.4 ounce box of instant lemon pudding
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3 cups of sugar
1 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons of lemon extract
1 teaspoon of vanilla
5 large eggs
1 cup of milk
