This video details the successful transition of HIV response from external to domestic financing resources in Vietnam with the support of the Health Finance and Governance (HFG) Project.

The HFG project supports countries in their quest for stronger health systems. Funded by USAID we assist in more than 40 countries in reducing financial barriers, expanding health insurance, strengthening governance for better health system management, accountability and transparency; and advancing techniques in health systems performance, especially around universal health coverage.
