Ola S1 Pro Gen 2 Review - Best E-Scooter Yet?

Company has done huge cost cutting:
1. If you look closely the belt drive is clearly visible which was covered earlier.
2. The inside panel of footrest was body colored earlier now it's just plan black.
3. Design of alloy wheels is degraded, after paying 1.75lakh alloys design looks like normal Jupiter.
4. Boot capacity is decreased from 36L to 34L even though length is same.
5. Color options are limited to just 6.
6. Grab rail is just basic like Ola Air and S1X models.
7. Very basic and cheap looking rear swingarm. 50k Chinese scooter has swingarm like that.
8. Front telescopic shocks looks like bicycle shocks. Could have designed it to look better.

Even though peak power has increased from 8.5kw to 11kw which is 2.5kw but, what about 0-60 it's gone from 2.9sec to 2.4 sec hardly 0.5 sec difference.
Range has increased by 10km but hardly 30min charging time difference it will make.

Conclusion: As ola is single handedly dominating the market it is doing cost cutting and increasing price of scooter especially ola S1 pro.
Also remember its on road cost including all the extended warranty is 1, 75, 000 as of today. It's a very premium price for a scooter. So as a customer we will not only expect top notch quality but top notch looks too.

Jo v bolo mono suspension ka look alag hi tha 🔥 . And puche ka motor section jo wheel ke sath attached hai use thoda acha design diya jaa sakta tha . I mean thoda easy visible . They provided aluminium swing arm that is Good but Ather jesa Rear wheel ka suspension and motor section kar na chahiye tha .

Yes ab hume jyada storage jyada range jyada power milega ....but we've to compromise with the looks of the scooter it looks like ola Air's body is installed with s1 pro's battery and motor both with the changes

My daily travelling is 140km so which scotter or bike is good for me. Consider my following priority
1.Comfortability(to avoid back pain )
2.battery qualities
3. In My route around 10km is hill road ( but road is so good condition)

I've spent a lot of time watching dozens of videos and reading countless comments about the comparison between Ola and TVS iQube electric scooters. From what I've gathered, Ola users seem to be facing a lot of issues with their scooters, ranging from poor service to quality concerns. On the other hand, TVS iQube owners appear to be very happy and satisfied, with no significant problems reported.
As an interior designer, I need a reliable scooter for visiting my projects within the city. I was initially drawn to Ola because of its energetic appeal and modern design. However, after seeing all the negative reviews and the frequent issues reported by users, I've reconsidered my choice.
I believe it's better to go with TVS iQube. It may not have the same flashy appeal as Ola, but its reliability and the positive feedback from current owners make it a more sensible choice for my needs. After all, having a dependable scooter is crucial for my work and peace of mind.

If Ola worked and sort out heat issues in battery then it will make others run for money .Simple One will be in big trouble, took long advantage of customer trust .

1. Swing arm essa lag raha hai jaise jisi ne frame ghar pe banayi ho.

2. Purane alloy wheel much better looking hai abhi ke bilkul bhi suit nhi kar rahe hai.

3. Grab handle functional but again design se match nhi hota, essa laga raha hai jaise kisi ne after market lagwaya ho.

4. Panel gaps abhi bhi hai jo ki shayad Gen 2 me address ho jane chahiye the but nhi hue hai.

Waise koi aisa bhut bada change to nhi laga mujhe...bs hump wala part hi h main... Aur usi ke on road 10...12...thousand badha denge ye isliye mene wait na karte hue apni aaj s1 pro 1st gen hi book krdi

Extremely Bad experience with Ola S1 Air

Recently bought the Scooter, but to my utter dismay it stopped running just after covering 5 kms. Had to manually push my brand new scooter to home for almost 4 kms on the very first day of delivery. To add to the agony was lackadaisical attitude of staff and service team, who have not responded to the service request even after 3 days of breakdown of a brand new scooter. Totally frustrated with the product. Don't ever buy this
