Bollywood Star Saif Ali Khan Stabbed in Intruder Attack at Mumbai Home

Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan, was stabbed during a confrontation with an intruder at his home in Mumbai early on Thursday.

Khan who made his debut in 1993, has starred in over 60 films and television series and is best known for movies such as Dil Chahta Hai and Kal Ho Naa Ho.

The 54-year-old was taken to Lilavati Hospital, where he underwent surgery.

Dr Nitin Dange from Lilavati Hospital provided an update on Khan’s condition.

The incident has been described by Khan’s team as an “attempted burglary,” although no further details have been released.

They also requested patience from fans and the media as the police investigate.

According to NDTV, police have released CCTV
footage and an image of the alleged suspect in
Khan's apartment building.
