*PARADISE* Smoked Swordfish! Taste Test - Clean and Cook

In this video we clean up the rest of the giant 474 lb swordfish we caught off Islamorada! We give some away to some fans that walked up at the right time and prep some for the smoker. We used a few different seasonings/rubs on the fish and cooked it for 3 hours on the water at Bud n' Mary's Marina. Watch to see which one we liked the best!

Remarkable catch! Trying figure to out just how many folks took some fish home. Very nice and generous of the group that caught it! To give so much away and you have hooked up everyone with a very generous portions.
