But this is probably not a notification LED. This is a led just for low battery. The same as on moto X play or moto G3.
There is no bright control of those LEDs, they are olny On/Off Light instead.

Just download LED light manager app, you can configure the LED using that, no root needed.

please do notify me if you find any way to access that LED or else my mom will kill me for buying this phone (i ordered this because she is used to see that her phone is charging by looking at led but that phone was destroyed and her temp. phone doesn't have one :(
