Starring Ren Nagase & Natsuki Deguchi and directed by Takahiro Miki,

It is a story of a time-limited romance woven by two people who strive to live in the present moment.

This is the only movie that made me cry a lot, I couldn't even count how many times. Best drama movie that will make you cry not just once but many times throughout the movie.

I am also battling cancer right now and this movie has given me a lot of positivity during this difficult time, I can only thank you for that, because the portrayal of Haruna and Akito makes it a lot easier for me

I was also in tears when I saw the movie, for me an absolute masterpiece. In my opinion, the story, the music and of course the actors in Drawing Closer deliver top performance and seduce you into a world that can make you sad, but also happy.

The aim is to make every day feel special and to live it that way.

Ren Nagase from 'Hold my hand at Twilight' and Natsuki from ' The Makanai'? I'll lay my life for these two gorgeous, talented actors. Can already tell it's going to be a hit! 😮

A touching story about the bonds between people, not only the beautiful bond between Ren and Natsuki, but also friendship and family love. I love this work, spread it to many more people!

I had watched a reel of this movie and finally finished watching today. Incredible movie. I was crying throughout. A right person at the wrong time. I felt it. Actors did great by bringing out emotions and I felt a great connection. Just amazing.

I couldn’t stop crying while watching this movie. The acting, the music, the storyline, everything about this movie was well done and felt. The meaning of the movie was sad yet astounding. Death and life are interchangeable, what matters is what you do with it when death confronts you. Are you going to accept it and live your remaining days as a shell or are you going to make the most out of it and “live” like there is no tomorrow. This movie will certainly make you feel a mix of anticipation, sadness, love, happiness, and gratitude. I love this movie and 10/10 recommend.
P.S. - Sorry for the long paragraph 🤣

I cried for a long time and thought for a long time. I would like to have someone I can value and have a fantastic love with. The best drama movie I've seen so far...I wish the boy had been with the girl and kissed her before he died. Omg my heart...

best film of all time. A sad topic with so much feeling and love. No Americans or Germans can make a film as great as this Japanese film that made me cry so much. The film really touches your heart. As a German, I would have hugged the girl, but Japanese culture is a little different than German culture. And that's just as well. For me it's definitely the best film in a long time. Outstanding director, outstanding film crew and overwhelming film actors. many hours later.Today I saw this wonderful, heartwarming film 3 times in Japanese with German subtitles and once in the German translation. The Japanese original is unbeatable. The German translation is far too harsh. The original voices and the Japanese accent make the film simply uniquely beautiful. If you want to do something good for yourself as a non-Japanese, then definitely watch the Japanese original with subtitles.
