I have a "backup" section, but no "backup and sync". None of my photos are uploading to my desktop Google Photos. All my settings appear as in your video, except no "backup and sync" option. Galaxy S22+.

So i backed up almost every photos and videos right, and now my account is full like no storage. Is it possible that i can make another account to back up my photos and videos without backing up the previous photos and videos thats already backed up on my full account?
