Maybe lazar skipped some critical briefing about this reactor. Just saying anti gravity field doesn’t make sense. If any scientist is hired to back engineer or observe the mechanism behind the reactor, he’ll be knowing more other than just few jargons. I’m not saying he’s lying, I’ve watched probably every interview lazar gave but he never speaks the language of science. If he worked on this technology he should be able to recall some detailed scientific observations during the study of the alien technology.

I always said big business uses ufo technology back when I was young tv had big vacuum tubes then went to solid state microchips overnight digital watches and inexpensive. Nobody jumps that much in technology from one year to the next without a lot of help .
