I feel like Dolly and Loretta should be put up higher, becuase they helped make country music what it is today they opened up so many doors for the women country music now a days. So many oppertunities are now open because of these two. Loretta Lynn was the first woman to win entertainer of the year, she opened that door for so many others to walk through. And Dolly she has nearly 40 awards to her name (and Lord knows how many she has been nominated for), that including the Musicares person of the year in 2019, being the first country artist to win. These two ladies are legends give them some credit and respect. TYVM

Thank you for making the list & not everyone will agree with you. Patsy Cline is heads & shoulders my #1 pick but being an older fan of Country music, I would have made some different selections. Perspective has a lot to do with how we perceive what the best is. Some of your selections I would classify as "Pop" or "Young Country" but I am 73. As before, thank you.
