I know Moses and Gutho can rub people the wrong way with how much they complain to the refs but those two will never fault you with effort. What a difference they make. True heart and soul of this Parra squad.

Absolutely amazing what a difference 2 players can make to a team. Parra needed this win & deserved this win but they nearly messed it up again which is disturbing because any earlier in the game & a full strength Sharks & teams like the Panthers & Storm would have made them pay but they got the 2 points & deservedly so.

Glad they showed the hit on RCG. Entertaining game, and normally I don’t watch the full game of teams I don’t care about, but with no broncs playing I wanted to see if the sharks would fail again. It was a joy to see.

2:13 Can someone enlighten me on the “shoulder charge” rule ?? Now to me as an Eels fan this is a great hit/tackle - but have NRL changed their tune on these tackles so many times - and if so (again) that’s good !! It’s one of the many reasons I stop watching the game - the ridiculousness of rule interpretations. I’m really just a part time fan. If the game looks more like 80’s mixed with 90’s rules then I’m in !!

Can't read much out of this game for the sharks. They will be around come finals just a question of whether they can muster the right personnel in time to make a run. Good win for the eels
