What did the poor Stryfe do to deserve this?

I remember having a blowgun when I was younger, but it was really just a glorified tube that shot Nerf darts, this completely blows it out of the water. Very original, coming up with a motorised function like that! The only thing I would suggest is adding a stock and then a tube where you can blow into it without moving it every time.

Since it's a flywheel blaster, no air seal is needed anywhere, so why not have a slit in the side of each tube, and a sliding mechanism on the outside cylinder that pushes the darts.

Rev the motor, slide the feeding plunger along the tube, pushing out the darts.
Pull it back into the rear position (outside of the rotation of the 5 cylinders.
Rotate to the next slit, and repeat.

You won't get winded either.

I really like that design! However next time you do a video on it, I would love to see the spread that it shoots by showing where it goes too rather than you just shooting it. Awesome job!!

IF you have almost the same setup but in the back where you rotate after firing you place some sort of handle. This handle would slide through slots you could cut in each clear pipe. Thus making it possible to slide the handle could slide through the "barrels" pushing the darts into the flywheels. To move the handle you could simply bring the handle back and then turn cap as you did before.Just a thought.

It seems this would be instinctive to weild the blaster over the shoulder. Could you extend the blower to reach near the handle then add some ratcheting mech to twist the barells mechanicly without having to remove it from the shoulder position?

I think you should totally ditch the Nerf shell and have 5 sets of motors in a circular pattern, or three sets of five is too many. Put a pusher handle thing in the back and just push the darts forward thru the tubes and into the motors. That way you can really shoot 5 darts at the same time. I'm making videos now btw if you want to check mine out. just starting....

Have you tried a simple blow by mouth style on the Zeus instead of the Fan. When the gun is shouldered the blow tube lines up to your mouth with like a elbow. Also keep the hopper design.

Im not that knowledgable in these things but how about a pump action so you can have compressed air in a chamber that is released when you pull the trigger so you dont have to blow into it?
