This channel is simply a journal of my Outdoor Experiences and some basic tips and reviews to help you along your way as well. I have found that there is something soothing, healing and almost magical about experiencing outdoor life. Go outside and notice, experience and appreciate the world around you.

Experiencing outdoors doesn’t have to be skydiving, bungee jumping, or chasing that adrenaline rush. It can be as simple as taking a walk, riding your bike or enjoying the water. A few moments outside with fresh air, no distractions and a focus on your surroundings is truly therapeutic. Go outside, experience outdoor life and see what happens!

We bought a 20" high inflatable full size mattress with built in inflater/deflator! SUPER COMFY!!
We thought of the queen, but it would've limited the walk around for our tent size.
I also love the port-o-potty.
I found a collapsible one that's about 16" tall but folds flat to transport. I considered the bucket, but space was limited in our hatchback so whatever could fold flat helped. We use pine pellets (40 lbs /$7 @ tractor supply. We bought about 1.5 gallons scooped into a small $$ tree bucket w lid next to it. We just pop a scoop or two after the deed and it works wonders for liquid and #2. Also lighter to tie and carry out. The pellets absorb immediately.

You're SPOT ON about NOT schlepping up to the rest area in the middle of the night! That wasn't even a thought for me! Our first night as soon as we set up, the sky and wind let loose! Hickory nuts catapulting, sideways rain! And I'm supposed to do a Wizard of Oz/Dorothy in the tornado trek to the bathroom??😮
