you should try cqp with the gpu encoder, cqp level 14, preset quality, profile baseline, max b frames 2. then go into video, set fps to fractional and set it to 120fps and dominator 1. I promise you its the best settings you can use for hd no lag, pixels and its smooth no loss of anything

for some reason whenevr i try to put valorant in the window section it only shows spotify and doesnt show valorant
