In this video clip, Dr. Robert Lufkin and Nayiri talk about the perception in our global societies that chronic diseases at a certain age are 'normal'. They discuss whether chronic illnesses are merely age related and unavoidable, or whether they can be prevented through lifestyle changes.

Dr. Lufkin is a professor of medicine who has taught at UCLA and USC, and the author of LIES I TAUGHT IN MEDICAL SCHOOL (publication date: to be announced soon).
