Receiving Notifications in Expo - React Native Tutorial

In this video we are going to run through the basics of setting up and parsing notifications.
• We check the user permissions
• Alert the user if we don't have the right access
• Get the device's push notification token
• .Listen for notifications and parse the json data they contain

Thank you it's amazing but I want to ask if it's possible to send notifications in webview based expo app. I have a website which sends push notifications via browser so when the notifications sent the browser with it's logo tell the user this post is new from this site. What I want to do is instead of browser logo I want to get notifications from my webview app with my logo.

Hi, maybe I'm doing this completely wrong but it is not working at all for me. I know I have notifications disabled for the expo app, when I use the snack in the description I never get asked to enable notifications. It gave errors with the lines like so i imported that stuff. I have tried a bunch of different things but it still doesn't work. I've also tried it on my own app and I get the correct notification token but it won't ask me for permissions. If I allow the permissions in the apple settings, I can't get notifications to send using this app or the online notification sender. Could it be because I am using a create-react-native-app ? Do I need to eject? Thank you
