Actually, Traditional Medicinals, the makers of Smooth Move, contacted me about a year ago and do not recommend their laxative tea for the Master Cleanse. I now recommend Get Regular from Yogi Teas.

i tried drinking the saltwater and i almost threw up for every drink i took. Is there any other way to do this step? i just cant stomach this i guess you kinda feel the same way, seeing that you didnt show us drinking it lol.

im taking the herbal laxative tea at night and salt water flush in the morning is it okay to do a salt water flush again an hour or two before taking the laxative tea at night for better results?

I have Tried this diet. And it works. But right after I tried this diet and with this cleanse, I ended up getting thyroid cancer. I looked up information on the internet and also from y doctors that uniodized salt is not good for your thyroid. Now doing this for 10 days or longer you are doing your thyroid a disservice. 3 surgeries later and 2 radioactive iodine treatments and I am nearly cancer free. I highly recommend that you do not do the salt water flushs of this diet.

I'm sorry you had thyroid cancer. While it is true that iodine does help to prevent thyroid cancer and enlarged thyroid, drinking the salt water flush for the Master Cleanse couldn't possibly cause thyroid cancer. I've done it more than 18 times in 5 years as well as the 100, 000s of people who do the Master Cleanse each year would have also gotten it. Cancer takes years before it manifests itself in the body enough to be noticeable.
