The Institute for College Access & Success (TICAS)

The Institute for College Access & Success (TICAS) provided information on the changing college affordability landscape in California, including ongoing advocacy efforts to reform state need-based financial aid and opportunities to strengthen college affordability amidst the ongoing dual crises of COVID-19 and its attendant recession. She discussed opportunities for continued joint advocacy, and how we can work together to elevate student voices so that key decision-makers craft policies that best support our state’s most under-resourced and underserved students.
