What it all sounds like to me is that this was (and probably still is) a real problem at the company, and as soon as JAB got to a point in the company where he could do something about it, the worst of the problem people started leaving. I'm not saying that's the case, that if it is it negates the need for this lawsuit and any accountability that may come, or that it's enough action on Blizzard's part. I'm just saying that that's what it seems like to me.

The broad stroke allegations of the state can still be overblown crap without individual claims being false. Hopefully the true can be dealt with and anything false filtered out so that justice can be done. Example: Person A was harassed by person B can be true without "the entire company is just a giant frat house" necessarily being accurate. Most likely it's like a college campus with a mix of various behavioral groups, which would include the detected and reported pockets of fratdom without condemning the positive and neutral people. But wait and see what can be proven in court and what actions occur within the company as I am sure Activision Blizzard will be leaker than the Trump White House during an election year for the next several years, or until all interest dries up, whichever comes first. But I would rather we have justice than vengeance, typically a better ending even if less instantly gratifying.
