Hidden Boss in Picayune Dreams (demo)

Found a hidden boss while playing the demo of Picayune Dreams. I slowed the clip down when the "Undying Horror" transforms into the robot corpse thing from ingesting the health canister.
@ANDYLANDCHANNEL needs to finish this so I can throw money their way.

It appears to be specifically if the horrifying force gets a pickup/possibly specifically a health pickup, would need to test more.

Anyone got theories about this dude? Why does he come from a Horror eating some health? Why is he wearing the suit as well?
