Analysis on Zuma's medical parole judgment with Xolani Dube

The Jacob Zuma Foundation says his legal team has delivered an application for leave to appeal judgment by the High court in Pretoria which found former National Commissioner of Correctional Services Arthur Fraser's decision to place former President Jacob Zuma on medical parole was unlawful. In a tweet, the foundation further says, the judgment is clearly wrong and there are strong prospects that a higher court will come to a totally different conclusion.
