In Vietnam, we blend water cress (not too much) with coconut juice or cooked mung bean, and add some sugar to make a delicious healthy drink.
this drink is very popular. Try one if you ever get there. The drink is called Rau Ma.

So I made this and can attest it is as fast (took me 20 minutes start to finish) and easy as he says. I added some garlic and a green chilli before adding the watercress (it cooks in no time btw), and ended with some pasta water. Tastes great as pasta sauce!

Wonderful, Chef Ramsey, my Instructor at RCC Culinary Academy in Riverside, California spoke very highly of you. He said you were his favorite chef to watch. In comparison to "hells kitchen" he loved your more calm and educational segments that were airing on the television. I see why now. Wonderful.!! Thank you.

I like Gordon Ramsay's instructions when he teaches about food.. although fast, but very precise n practical.. earlier her had a cooking show by his name where he cooked with family.. I loved it.. learnt a few things from him.. things that I had been trying to learn from.other shows but could not.. esp cutting food...
Gordon Ramsay has fame to his name for sure valid good reasons.
