LOUD Hwam Stove (4620c)

The sound of a Hwam 4620c stove! It is making CONSTANTLY this loud ticking noise.
Who has a similar problem, or even better, has a solution...???
I even got a new one under warranty. The new one has the same problem.

update; there is no solution. tried to modify it and looking how to fix it, even just waited and used it a few months... I even had a new one from my dealer. the same issues. loud and also black window sometimes. BAD STOVE, buy another brand... only solution.

Hi, the deflector was provided to me too, but as you saw from my footage, I don't have any of the problems you have.
How long is the chimney? is it with double wall insulated piping?
Is your model with electronic IHS?

It says in the manual that this is fulmination and is normal when heating up. Ours does it but stops after fully hot.

hi stefen, the noise is normal for any metal structure that changes temperature, you can try all brands of stoves on the market that you will hear the same noise, this occurs when you make a refill of wood that heats the stove during ignition, when the temperature stabilizes noise becomes much rarer.
The black glass is due to a combustion with an excessively low temperature, or damp wood or bad draft in the flue, but don't worry, there is no better on the market.
Is your model IHS or manual adjustment?
